Bil, Evil Mushroom

Bil, the ebil--ahem, Evil Mushroom, likes to think of himself as evil. To prove this, he likes to commit "evil" acts (but more than often, he is met with failure). Such acts include taking candy from a baby, cutting in line at the local grocery store, and taking over the world (which only got as far as the idea).
